Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to work with reliability technicians and report abnormalities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain lubrication in plant equipment with oils, greases, and graphite.
• Fill oil drip systems on dryers and run lube lines.
• Take samples from lubricant reservoirs and perform basic analysis.
• Use oil analysis data to identify degradation and asset health.
• Filter, change, or flush oil based on test results.
• Maintain oil inventory and organize the used oil shed.
• Create SAP notifications for predictive or planned maintenance.
• Adapt schedules to changing plant priorities.
