Job summary

You will learn shipping needs and design transportation solutions. You will use TMS data and internal analytics to evaluate pricing, monitor margins, and support account decisions, coordinating with operations to meet client requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in B2B sales and account management.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to evaluate data, pricing, and margins to make sound business decisions.
• Comfort learning and using logistics technology, TMS platforms, and automated workflows.
• Motivation and discipline to manage a full sales cycle while supporting current customers.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with manufacturing and industrial clients.
• Manage relationships with current accounts, provide responsive service, and identify opportunities to grow the business.
• Use TMS data and internal analytics to evaluate pricing, monitor margins, and support account decisions.
• Work with operations to develop transportation solutions that meet each client’s needs.
• Track account activity, load volume, market trends, and performance to support growth and address potential issues.
• Manage the sales process from initial outreach through onboarding and ongoing account development.
