Job summary

Vestis is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate for our Riverside, CA facility. In the 1st shift (2am-10:30am), you will help manage the flow of merchandise in an industrial laundry environment, ensuring safe, accurate handling and timely processing.

You will verify item counts, prepare slings, and document any damaged goods while maintaining a clean, safe work area. The role requires reliability, basic math, and good communication, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent preferred.
• Basic math skills required.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to meet attendance schedule.

Responsibilities

• Prepares appropriate numbers of daily slings or carts/carriers for the wash floor.
• Verifies merchandise type and quantity on PUC card; segregates like items together in a sling.
• Identifies counts, and totals ruin or damaged merchandise and records on the PUC card.
• Maintains safe and clean work environment, and observes best practices in all production activities.
