Job summary

Vestis is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic for the 1st shift (4:00 am–12:30 pm) to join our industrial laundry operation. You will work as part of a team, performing preventative maintenance on high-volume washers and dryers, and ensuring safe, expeditious repairs in a fast-paced facility.

The role requires basic electrical/mechanical aptitude, the ability to follow manuals, and strong safety practices.

Qualifications

• Mechanical and basic electrical aptitude required.
• Familiar with standard maintenance procedures and safety techniques.
• Able to follow technical manuals and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Maintains plant equipment including high-volume washers/dryers.
• Repairs and replaces equipment as needed; performs basic plumbing, mechanical, and electrical work.
• Troubleshoots technical issues by following manuals and schematics; orders parts as required.
