Job summary

Vestis is seeking a warehouse associate to join our Concord CA facility. You will handle merchandise in a fast-paced laundry environment, ensuring correct quantities are prepared and tracked on PUC cards, while maintaining safety and cleanliness on the floor.

Responsibilities include preparing slings or carts, verifying items, recording damaged goods, and supporting team operations. The role may require weekends and overtime as needed in a warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent preferred.
• Basic math skills required.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to meet attendance schedule.

Responsibilities

• Prepares appropriate numbers of daily slings or carts/carriers for the wash floor.
• Verifies merchandise type and quantity on PUC card; segregates like items together in a sling.
• Identifies counts, and totals ruin or damaged merchandise and records on the PUC card.
• Maintains safe and clean work environment, and observes best practices in all production activities.
• Other duties as assigned.
