Job summary

You will troubleshoot issues via manuals/schematics, manage parts/orders, and document maintenance schedules. The job may require weekend shifts and overtime when needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 3-5 years of maintenance experience.
• Demonstrated mechanical and basic electrical aptitude.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and read technical manuals/schematics.

Responsibilities

• Maintains plant equipment including high volume industrial washers and dryers.
• Repairs or replaces equipment; performs basic plumbing, mechanical, and electrical work.
• Troubleshoots technical issues by following manuals and schematics.
• Orders parts, tools, and equipment per procurement policy.
• Maintains daily schedule and preventative maintenance records.
• Conducts waste solids removal from treatment process daily.
• Performs troubleshooting and repairs on wastewater hardware; keeps area clean and safe.
• Follows lock-out tag-out and safety procedures; supports safe production practices.
• Other duties as required.
