Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years maintenance experience preferred.
• Mechanical and electrical aptitude required.
• Able to read and follow manuals and schematics.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Must be able to work with a flexible schedule including weekends and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Maintain plant equipment including high-volume washers and dryers.
• Repair or replace equipment; perform basic plumbing, mechanical and electrical work.
• Troubleshoot technical issues using manuals and schematics.
• Order necessary parts, tools, and equipment per procurement policy.
• Maintain daily maintenance schedules and records.
• Perform cleaning and housekeeping related to wastewater equipment.
• Adhere to safety procedures and use lock-out/tag-out where required.
• Work at height on ladders, mezzanines, or lifts as needed.
