Job summary

Dennis Group is seeking a Civil Engineering student for an internship focused on land development and infrastructure for food and beverage processing facilities. You will assist with design tasks, drawings, and CAD work while coordinating with the project team.

Ideal candidates are sophomores to seniors with a 3.0+ GPA, familiar with AutoCAD and Civil 3D, and able to travel up to 25% to project sites. This role is on-site within our Building Systems department alongside engineers and designers.

Qualifications

• Sophomore, Junior, or Senior pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering or related engineering degree.
• GPA: 3.0 or above.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic design tasks and assist with permit applications, drawings and CAD work.
• Acquire basic drawing literacy and understand discipline-specific plan elements.
• Visit project sites to observe field conditions and assist with coordination.
