Job summary

Madden Industrial Craftsmen is seeking Industrial Laborers to work for our clients in the Portland, Beaverton, Gresham and Vancouver areas. These roles span metal shops, lumberyards and manufacturing settings and provide a solid entry into the trades.

Responsibilities include completing training to operate equipment, performing inspections and documentation, reporting quality issues, following safe work practices, and lifting 20–100 pounds as needed.

Qualifications

• Preference given to candidates with experience in manufacturing, lumberyards or industrial warehouses.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Open availability for shifts, overtime, weekends and holidays.
• Solid attendance record and punctuality.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and/or background check.
