ETS is seeking a 1st Shift Industrial Laborer in Vermont to operate industrial machinery, handle materials, perform quality checks, and use production software.

This full-time role requires 2+ years in manufacturing, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to pass a drug screen. You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work a rotating 12-hour day-night schedule. Weekly pay and benefits available.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass a drug screen.
• Capable of performing very physical work lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.

Your day-to-day as an Industrial Laborer:

• Perform highly physical industrial labor by safely operatingindustrial machinery and production equipment
• Handle production materials and use various hand tools and electric equipment to efficientlyand safely meet goals
• Conduct quality checks on finished products
• Utilize computer software for production-related tasks
• Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment

Your skills and experience:

• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment is strongly preferred or relevant experience with laborious roles
• High school diploma or GED is required
• Ability to pass a drug screen is required
• Capable of performing very physical work similar in intensity to construction, farming, or masonry
• Able to bend, squat, and lift up to 50lbs and work on your feet throughout the day
• Follow verbal and written instructions and adapt to a rotating schedule
