Job summary

Gilder Search Group is seeking a dependable General Laborer for our industrial manufacturing team. This role requires staying active on the production floor and contributing to a culture of quality and reliability.

You will perform diverse tasks under supervision, help maintain a clean workspace, and support production to ensure work orders are completed on time. Prior manufacturing experience is welcome but training is provided.

Qualifications

• Able to stand, walk, and move around the production floor for up to 8 hours per shift.
• Comfortable bending, reaching, and moving between workstations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions.
• Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in quality work.
• Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.

We’re looking for dependable and hardworking individuals to join our industrial manufacturing team as General Laborers. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying active throughout the day, and contributing to a team that values quality and reliability.

As a General Laborer, you’ll perform a variety of tasks under the direction of management or experienced team members. You’ll help maintain a clean and organized workspace, assist in keeping equipment and tools in good condition, and support production to ensure work orders are completed on time.
