Madden Industrial Craftsmen Inc. is seeking an experienced Equipment Maintenance Technician for a long-term opportunity in Hillsboro, OR.

Schedule: Graveyard Shift - Sunday 10:30PM-7AM, Monday through Thursday 11PM-7:30AM. Pay: $24.75-$39.97/hr DOE. Responsibilities include maintaining automated manufacturing equipment, troubleshooting electro-mechanical systems, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience on automated manufacturing equipment.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on automated manufacturing equipment and related systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair electro-mechanical, pneumatic, and automated production equipment.
• Inspect and analyze defective components to determine necessary machine adjustments and repairs.
• Maintain and troubleshoot robotic and automated equipment to support production operations.
• Respond to maintenance requests and equipment downtime issues in a timely manner.
• Document maintenance activities, spare parts usage, and equipment issues/resolutions.
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and equipment reliability projects.
• Communicate equipment concerns and repair status with production and maintenance teams.
• Follow all company safety procedures, 5S standards, and quality requirements.

Schedule: Graveyard Shift - Sunday 10:30PM-7AM, Monday through Thursday 11PM-7:30AM

Pay: $24.75-$39.97/hr DOE

Equipment Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on automated manufacturing equipment and related systems
• Troubleshoot and repair electro-mechanical, pneumatic, and automated production equipment
• Inspect and analyze defective components to determine necessary machine adjustments and repairs
• Maintain and troubleshoot robotic and automated equipment to support production operations

Equipment Maintenance Technician Qualifications:

• Associate Degree in Electromechanical Technology or related field preferred
• 2-4 years of experience performing maintenance on automated manufacturing equipment
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills
• Experience utilizing test and diagnostic equipment
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and maintenance procedures
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
• Frequent reaching, bending, crawling, climbing, pushing, and pulling
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and 25 pounds frequently
