LyondellBasell is seeking a Lab Technician in Evansville, Indiana to support production and R&D with routine analytical testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished products. You will prepare data and reports, assist engineering and production in non-conformity investigations, and work under supervision with potential support from a process specialist and maintenance personnel.

This role emphasizes safety, calibration and maintenance of lab equipment, data integrity, and communication

Competenze

• Must have strong math and analytical skills to assess product acceptability against specs.
• Ability to read and interpret documents and write routine correspondence in English.
• Experience with lab instrumentation calibration, certification, and maintenance is preferred.

• Comply with safety requirements and participate in safety activities.
• Prepare, test, and evaluate samples to ensure specs.
• Monitor product quality against internal and customer specs.
• Understand procedures related to test methods, instrumentation, and quality control.
