Job summary

Station Casinos in Las Vegas is hiring a Kitchen Sanitation Technician to support the Food and Beverage department. You will clean and maintain ovens, ranges, stoves, broilers, grills, deep fryers to company standards, and assemble/disassemble kitchen equipment as needed.

You must be able to obtain all required work cards and demonstrate attention to detail with knowledge of sanitation chemicals and ware-washing procedures, ensuring safety and health department policies are followed.

Qualifications

• Must obtain all required work cards.
• Possess attention to detail and a working knowledge of Soaps, chemicals, sanitation techniques and ware-washing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supports Food and Beverage department in ensuring all ovens, ranges, stoves, broilers, grills, deep fryers, etc. are cleaned and maintained to Company standards and specifications.
• Must assemble and disassemble kitchen equipment and clean.
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards in accordance with the policies of the Department of Health.
