Job summary

ALCOM in Bonner-West Riverside, MT is seeking a full-time Janitor to maintain a clean, safe, and organized manufacturing environment. The role covers production areas, offices, restrooms, and common spaces to meet cleanliness and safety standards to support efficient operations and employee well-being.

You will clean and sanitize facilities, manage waste, monitor inventory for cleaning supplies, and follow safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, offices, and common areas daily.
• Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum floors throughout the facility.
• Empty trash and recycling containers and properly dispose of waste.
• Follow safety guidelines when using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Report maintenance or safety issues to management.
• Support special cleaning projects as needed (deep cleaning, spill response, etc.)
