Job summary

ALCOM LLC is seeking a conscientious Janitor to maintain a clean, safe, and organized manufacturing environment. You will clean production areas, offices, restrooms, and common spaces to support efficient operations and employee well-being.

The role requires standing and lifting up to 40 lbs, with a Monday to Friday schedule from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. We value reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous janitorial or industrial cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Dependable with good attendance.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, offices, and common areas daily.
• Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum floors throughout the facility.
• Empty trash and recycling containers and properly dispose of waste.
• Clean windows, mirrors, and surfaces.
• Dust equipment, ledges, and fixtures.
• Maintain cleaning supplies and report inventory needs.
• Follow safety guidelines when using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Report maintenance or safety issues to management.
• Support special cleaning projects as needed (deep cleaning, spill response, etc.).
• Maintain organized janitorial storage areas.
