Openwork is seeking an Industrial Cleaner to support our manufacturing operations. You will maintain a safe, clean facility, focusing on production areas, restrooms, break rooms, and common spaces to ensure high hygiene standards and efficient operations.

The role requires physical stamina and the ability to follow instructions accurately, with training provided and a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork. This is a full-time, on-site position within a staffing-focused organization.

Competenze

• Previous cleaning, janitorial, manufacturing, or warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to cleanliness
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
• Physical ability to lift, carry, push, and pull as required
• Consistent attendance and strong work ethic

Mansioni

• Clean and sanitize production areas, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize surfaces regularly
• Empty trash and dispose of waste following company procedures
• Operate cleaning equipment safely
• Assist manufacturing staff with additional utility and cleaning duties as needed
• Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines
