Panelmatic, Inc. is seeking a skilled Janitorial team member to maintain a clean, safe, and organized manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include cleaning production areas, offices, restrooms, break rooms, and storage spaces while supporting workplace safety and cleanliness compliance. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, janitorial experience in industrial settings, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a solid understanding of safe chemical handling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in janitorial or custodial roles, preferably in industrial/manufacturing settings.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Knowledge of safe chemical handling and cleaning procedures.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and scrub floors in production areas and facilities.
• Empty trash, recycling, and scrap receptacles.
• Sanitize restrooms, locker rooms, and break areas.
• Wipe down machinery, benches, and high-touch surfaces.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment.
• Operate floor scrubbers and vacuums safely.
• Follow safety protocols and PPE usage.
• Assist with light facility upkeep and plant shutdown cleaning.
