Job summary

Volumetric Building Companies in Berwick, PA seeks a skilled Systems Administrator to own on-premises network and server infrastructure. You will secure manufacturing IT and support operations, engineering, and management teams in a fast-paced facility.

Responsibilities include firewall, switching, wireless, virtualization, backup and DR, Azure/365, IDMZ, and IT/OT security alignment. On-site role with on-call rotation and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Systems or Network Administrator.
• Proficiency with Palo Alto firewalls (PCNSE a plus).
• Strong Cisco IOS/IOS-XE switching experience with CLI and GUI.
• Experience with VMware vCenter/vSphere administration.
• Experience with Veeam Backup & Replication and DR procedures.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Understanding of IT/OT convergence and Industrial DMZ architecture.
• Ability to work effectively in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain Palo Alto firewalls and security policies.
• Manage Cisco switches, VLANs, STP, QoS, and wireless infrastructure.
• Maintain VMware environments including vCenter, ESXi, vMotion, and HA.
• Administer Veeam backups and disaster recovery testing.
• Manage Azure infrastructure and conditional access with on-prem AD integration.
• Develop IDMZ architecture aligning IT and OT security practices.
• Monitor performance and keep network diagrams and docs up to date.
• Coordinate with vendors and provide on-call support as needed.
