Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in IT support, help desk, or IT specialist role.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with Windows operating systems, hardware, and peripherals.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, switches, connectivity).
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional in-person and remote support to end users.
- Procure, install, configure, upgrade, and maintain IT equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues.
- Manage users in Active Directory and support Microsoft 365 applications.
