Qualifications

• Bachelor-level IT/CS degree or equivalent experience.
• 5–9 years IT experience with manufacturing systems.
• 1–3 years in automotive manufacturing preferred.
• Experience in high-availability/production-critical environments.
• Familiarity with shop floor peripherals and PLC networking.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 support for manufacturing platforms and incidents.
• Collaborate with vendors and project teams to enhance MES/WMS.
• Analyze processes to improve efficiency, safety, and performance.
• Develop functional and technical requirements for operations.
• Troubleshoot applications, interfaces, and infra with teams.
• Monitor interfaces, logs, and error reports to prevent downtime.
• Create docs, work instructions, and knowledge base articles.
• Support deployment of new manufacturing technologies.
• Manage ongoing support requests and maintenance tasks.
• Support PC/server infrastructure, backups, and recovery.
• Coordinate system upgrades and integrations with teams.
• Participate in planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
