Job summary

Timken Company seeks an experienced site technology support professional to lead small projects and resolve complex incidents, improving stability and efficiency in manufacturing or distribution settings.

You will collaborate with site operations, corporate IT teams, and external vendors to ensure business continuity, document procedures, and drive standardization and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in IT or related field with relevant experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or distribution environments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft 365 technologies; basic networking understanding.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier II technical support for PCs, systems, and peripherals.
• Perform root cause analysis and corrective actions to reduce incidents.
• Document tickets, changes, and knowledge transfers.
• Administer core IT services including Active Directory and SCCM deployments.
• Support plant floor systems and maintain site runbooks and procedures.
