Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS with related experience.
• Minimum five years of relevant experience; manufacturing/ distribution preferred.
• Strong Windows, MS 365, AD, SCCM experience.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
• U.S. Citizenship or Green Card required.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier II support for PCs, Microsoft 365, RF devices, printers, labeling systems, and related peripherals.
• Investigate and resolve issues involving OS, applications, networks, and hardware interactions.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure complete and accurate ticket documentation, change records, and knowledge transfer.
• Lead small-scale technology projects from planning through implementation and closure.
• Collaborate with site operations, corporate IT, vendors for continuity.
