Qualifications

• 5+ years of Industrial supervisory experience.
• Ability to manage crews and logistics on large-scale construction.
• Experience with QA/QC and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule daily work to meet plans and cost targets.
• Supervise skilled and unskilled workers and subcontractors on site.
• Monitor safety, quality, and productivity and enforce policies.
• Coordinate with inspectors, vendors, and clients as needed.
• Maintain daily activity reports and equipment readiness.
