• Certifications: TWIC Card and Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Supervise skilled and unskilled hourly employee-owners on site.
• Manage crews, equipment, and material resources; logistics planning.
• Ensure work quality and compliance with plans, specs, and safety standards.
• Train and develop subordinates through on‑the‑job training and supervision.
