Job summary

Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. seeks a Staff Technical Account Manager focused on Industrial & Enterprise IoT to oversee customer product portfolios and manage technical aspects of Qualcomm hardware and software in customer projects.

You will serve as the primary technical interface between customers and Qualcomm’s internal teams, guiding projects from evaluation through deployment and commercialization.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in wireless, semiconductor, embedded systems, or IoT.
• 4+ years managing technology-driven customer projects and relationships.
• Strong HW/SW integration understanding for embedded/edge/IoT.
• Ability to manage expectations and influence technical decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Technical Customer Ownership: lead technical relationships with IE‑IoT customers.
• Project & Execution Management from concept to deployment.
• Drive issue resolution and manage escalations with engineering teams.
• Customer Evaluation & Enablement through trainings and design reviews.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration with internal teams to support success.
• Portfolio & Resource Management to prioritize engagements.
