Job summary

LTIMindtree is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Domain SME with hands-on knowledge of plant operations and Industry 4.0. You will bridge manufacturing and technology teams to deliver digital transformation initiatives across plant operations.

You will partner with plant leadership and cross-functional teams to understand business challenges, define requirements, and deliver scalable solutions using MES, SCADA, IIoT, quality, maintenance, and analytics platforms.

Qualifications

10+ years of manufacturing-domain experience with hands-on plant operations.
Experience with MES, SCADA, ERP, CMMS, QMS, WMS, and IIoT platforms.

Responsibilities

Engage plant stakeholders to understand processes, challenges, and objectives.
Lead requirement-discovery workshops, process assessments, and digital maturity evaluations.
Define functional and technical requirements for digital manufacturing initiatives.
Recommend and design solutions using MES, SCADA, IIoT, connected-work, quality, maintenance, AI, and analytics platforms.
Define integrations across ERP, MES, SCADA, historian, CMMS, QMS, WMS, and other systems.
Collaborate with solution architects and engineering teams to develop scalable Industry 4.0 solutions.
Define manufacturing KPIs, dashboards, and business-value metrics.
