Job summary

Eastern Controls, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Field Service Technician to maintain and service instrumentation across multiple industries.

The role requires travel to customer sites for calibration, troubleshooting and repairs, with a focus on safety and accuracy. Ideal candidates have 1–5 years of hands-on technical experience, electrical and mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work with hand tools and testing equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in technical field preferred.
• 1–5 years of hands-on technical experience; electromechanical field tech preferred.
• Basic electrical and mechanical knowledge; able to use hand tools and electronic testing equipment.
• Knowledge of electrical/hydraulic actuators and pneumatics is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and service instruments to ensure reliability and safety of processes.
• Calibrate, troubleshoot and repair equipment at customer sites.
• Travel to varied customer sites and support installation and commissioning.
