Allegion Canada Inc. is seeking an Install Coordinator for Stanley Access Technologies in Manteca, CA. The IC manages local customer projects, acting as the handoff from the Territory Manager to Operations to ensure on-time, within-scope, and on-budget delivery.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to lead field teams. Responsibilities include meetings, site readiness, progress tracking, and reporting with comprehensive documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience as project coordinator in construction/industrial environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to lead and direct the work of others.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer and SAT department relationships.
• Facilitate clear communications between customer and SAT teams.
• Attend coordination meetings and trainings as required.
• Clarify job site requirements with customers.
• Support feasibility and scope definitions with stakeholders.
• Provide project takeoffs and documentation for TM and Ops.
• Conduct job site readiness checks and monitor schedule.
• Develop and track detailed project plans.
• Document changes to scope, schedule, and cost.
• Measure project performance and report to management.
• Perform risk management to minimize risks.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Meet budget objectives and adjust constraints as needed.
• Guide on-site technicians and provide supervision.
• Assist customer with close-out documents and signatures.
