Southeast Pumps in Augusta, GA seeks an experienced Inside Sales specialist to drive customer engagements and expand pump-related solutions. This role focuses on understanding customer needs, managing quotations, and coordinating with field staff to ensure order satisfaction.

The ideal candidate communicates clearly, manages multiple requests, and maintains accuracy in documentation while leveraging CRM and ERP tools. On-site role with growth opportunities within Flow Control Group network.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of inside sales, customer service, industrial sales, or related experience preferred.
• Experience with industrial pumps, rotating equipment, mechanical equipment, fluid handling, or a related industry is a plus.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn technical products.
• Ability to read and understand basic technical specifications, drawings, and product literature.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple customer requests and deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn CRM/ERP systems.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries by phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Develop strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs, applications, and purchasing requirements.
• Identify sales opportunities and proactively follow up on quotes, leads, and customer requests.
• Support outside sales representatives with customer communication, quotations, product information, and order management.
• Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the sales process.
