Bishop Lifting Products, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales with strong customer service and sales experience to support the Eugene branch.

This full-time, hourly role involves handling inbound leads, following up via calls and emails, preparing quotes and processing payments, while collaborating with the team to meet sales goals. Responsibilities include assisting with inventory controls, routing opportunities to sales executives, and supporting administrative tasks across the branch and corporate

Qualifications

Attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful).
Strong phone etiquette and experience dialing multiple calls per day.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook (At least 1 year required).
At least 5 years of sales experience preferred (Inside or Outside).
Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsabilités

Source new sales growth opportunities through inbound lead follow up, proactive calls and emails.
Record, track, and follow up on quotes/estimates.
Assist in greeting customers and aiding with recommendations of product type, quality, and quantity of merchandise sought for purchase.
Compute charges for merchandise or services and handles payments in a timely and professional manner.
Assisting in corporate inventory controls.
Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
Assist branch in administrative functions such as recordkeeping, billing, time and attendance, accounting functions and communication with corporate departments.
Perform other functions as required.
