Job summary

Energy Hardware in Greer, SC is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to provide administrative and operational support throughout the sales process in an industrial distribution environment. You will work closely with Account Managers to move opportunities toward close and maintain accurate quote records in the ERP system.

The role requires 1–3 years in sales support or related fields, strong Microsoft Office skills, and excellent attention to detail and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales support, customer service or admin roles; industrial distribution or logistics preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Quick learner and open to learning new skills.

Responsibilities

• Track incoming quotes and maintain accurate customer quote records in the ERP system.
• Follow up on outstanding quotes and coordinate with Account Managers to move opportunities toward close.
• Generate and distribute sales and quote status reports as needed.
• Maintain and update order and logistics information in multiple customer portals.
• Support the sales team with other administrative tasks as needed.
