• Collaborate with Research and Development, Logistics, Accounting, and Operations to ensure timely order processing, inventory management, and delivery coordination.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports, customer records, and pricing documentation to support data-driven decision-making.
• Assist in the development of proposals, quotes, and product presentations while addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Monitor order progress, track shipments, and ensure accurate billing and invoicing.
• Maintain clear communication with internal teams and external clients to streamline workflows and support business growth initiatives.
• Continuously identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer service.
