Job summary

Dant Clayton Corporation is seeking an Instrumentation & Electrical Technician to uphold reliability and safety of our manufacturing operations in Louisville, KY. You will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair automated production equipment, electrical systems, and facility infrastructure to maximize uptime and efficiency.

As a hands-on technician, you will work with cross-functional teams, perform preventive and predictive maintenance, and respond quickly to equipment failures to support

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting across electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Experience with PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, and automated equipment.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, blueprints and manuals.
• Knowledge of LOTO and NFPA 70E safety requirements.
• Proficient with MS Office and CMMS software (Brightly CMMS).
• Must have valid state driver’s license and ability to drive forklift if needed.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production machinery and automated equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
• Configure and support HMIs and VFDs; maintain PLC systems.
• Apply safety procedures and maintain proper lockout/tagout practices.
• Maintain maintenance records in the CMMS system.
