Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field related to safety/industrial hygiene.
• Experience conducting IH, safety, risk assessment, or regulatory compliance in industrial settings.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to influence multi-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and analyze complex problems with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency with standard business software and data management tools.

Responsabilités

• Support IH and safety programs across construction and manufacturing environments and ensure compliance.
• Conduct IH assessments, risk assessments, process hazard analyses, and other evaluations to identify hazards and verify controls.
• Review facility and equipment designs for regulatory compliance and Safety by Design integration.
• Develop and improve IH/safety programs, procedures, training, and standards.
• Perform compliance audits, coordinate regulatory inspections, and monitor changes to stay compliant.
• Investigate incidents to identify root causes and drive corrective actions.
• Analyze safety/hygiene performance metrics and report findings to site leadership.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools and data analytics to enhance program effectiveness and risk reduction.
