Dow Chemical seeks an Industrial Hygiene Technician in Freeport, Texas. The role supports the IH management system, provides hands-on IH activities, and collaborates with IH Specialists and Managers to meet business objectives.

The technician will perform risk assessments for chemicals, noise, ergonomics, and radiation, coordinate IH monitoring, and assist in IH goal achievement across the plant.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED required.
• U.S. work authorization is required; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Implement IH programs and procedures at the plant.
• Serve as plant IH resource for procedures, guidelines and standards.
• Perform exposure risk assessments for chemicals, noise, ergonomics and radiation.
