Lilly in Goochland County, Virginia, is building a new manufacturing site for monoclonal antibodies and related products. The Industrial Hygienist will support IH programs across multiple areas, collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering, and help implement systems to ensure GMP startup and ongoing compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Industrial Hygiene and 3+ years in a GMP environment, with strong communication and problem‑solving skills. Onsite work is required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Hygiene or related field.
• 3+ years of Industrial Hygiene experience within cGMP manufacturing.
• Experience in GMP Manufacturing environment and potent compounds.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in project design meetings, support risk assessment and industrial hygiene/exposure control decisions.
• Develop and implement industrial hygiene written programs and trainings.
• Develop IH implementation strategy with areas for implementation, troubleshooting, and auditing compliance.
• Develop the HSE operational readiness plan for the Lilly Richmond API facility as a collaborative team member.
• Be a technical resource for IH programs (hazard communication, exposure assessment, PPE).
• Conduct workplace assessments to identify hazards and develop IH monitoring plans.
