Qualifications

• BS in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
• MS degree is a plus but not required.
• Minimum 8 years of applied professional EHS experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to implement IH and biosafety programs across Rahway operations.
• Lead IH and biosafety studies, risk evaluations, and project work.
• Deliver general EHS support including inspections, corrective actions, and contractor oversight.
• Conduct laboratory safety assessments and biosafety cabinet oversight.
• Support capital projects, R&D operations, and incident investigations with recommended controls.
• Compile and analyze IH data and prepare technical reports prioritizing risks.
