Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years of IH experience in pharma, biotech, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of regulations, sampling methods, data analysis, and project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement the Industrial Hygiene program across labs, pilot plants, and facilities.
• Assess health hazards, recommend controls, and conduct hazard evaluations.
• Perform IH monitoring, reporting, and corrective action planning.
• Review processes and change documents for EHS conformance.
• Support incident/near-miss analysis, training, and self‑assessments.
• Develop EHS procedures, guidelines, and training materials as needed.
• Monitor safety KPIs and promote EHS policies and initiatives.
• Collaborate with site teams on IH challenges and solutions.
