Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum two years of experience in hydroblasting or related field.
• TWIC card required.
• Basic knowledge of hydro blasting equipment and hazards.
• NCCER certifications may be required at some job sites.
• Written pre-employment qualification test.
• Post-offer drug/alcohol screen and physical evaluation.
• Job site safety requirements must be met ( PPE, etc.).
• Applicant must not pose a direct threat to health or safety.

Responsibilities

• Move controls to adjust pressure and grit concentration to obtain the specified finish.
• Wear gloves and a helmet/hood to protect against hazards.
• Mask areas not being sandblasted as needed.
• Order materials as needed.
• Perform additional assignments per supervisor's direction.
