Job summary

SunSource invites engineers and graduates to join its Grow Our Own (GO2) Sales Training Program, based at the Mobile Engineering Center in Savage, MN. You will begin with hands-on product training and rotations across Fluid Power for heavy equipment.

You will work with experienced Account Managers on joint sales calls, build relationships with new and existing customers, and learn core sales skills such as prospecting, territory planning, and problem-solving strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Agribusiness, or related field.
• Coursework, training or certifications in Fluid Power, Fluid Process, or Fluid Conveyance (preferred).
• Internship or co‑op experience in a sales/distribution or manufacturing environment (preferred).
• Demonstrated technical aptitude with mechanical and/or electrical principles.
• Clear and concise communication, presentation, and phone skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with resilience and drive.
• Willingness and ability to relocate for 18 months to Savage, MN at our Fluid Mobile headquarters.
• Willingness and ability to relocate after completion of GO2 training program.
