Job summary

Allied Mechanical is seeking an HVAC Service Technician to join a growing team for full-time work across commercial and industrial HVAC systems. The role covers diagnostics, repair, and preventive maintenance at various site locations.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of hands-on HVAC experience, EPA 608 certification, and the ability to read wiring diagrams and schematics. Local travel and strong customer service are required.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification or technical training is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician or similar role.
• EPA 608 certification
• Ability to read technical documents and blueprints
• Valid driver’s license with ability to travel between job sites

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair rooftop units, split systems, boilers, chillers, and heat pumps.
• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to keep systems running at peak performance.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults across HVAC equipment.
• Repair or replace components including motors, compressors, fans, and thermostats.
• Read and apply wiring diagrams, schematics, and equipment manuals.
• Log service work accurately, including parts used and system condition.
• Follow all safety, code, and company compliance requirements.
