Seneca Resources is seeking an HVAC Technician in Mobile, AL for 1st shift (Mon - Fri). The role requires preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance of commercial/industrial HVAC systems including AHU, VAV, and BMS monitoring.

Strong communication, safety mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced team are essential. Responsibilities include reading operation sequences, performing tests and data analysis, and maintaining logs and reports.

Formación

• Experience with HVACR systems and ability to read sequence of operation and schematics.
• Ability to work in a high paced team environment with strong communication skills.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the workplace and adhere to OSHA requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and service HVACR equipment according to standards and manuals.
• Read and interpret operation sequences, schematics, blueprints, and manuals for efficient duties.
• Monitor BMS and refrigerant systems; operate recovery equipment, vacuum pumps and gauges.
• Record readings, service reports, and future work recommendations; close reports after client satisfaction.
