About the Role

As an Industrial HVAC Maintenance Specialist, you will ensure the operational integrity of critical climate control systems within a large-scale manufacturing environment. You will leverage your technical expertise to perform complex diagnostics, installations, and preventive maintenance, directly impacting the reliability of facility infrastructure and the comfort of the workforce.

Responsibilities

• Execute the installation, calibration, and repair of diverse industrial HVAC, refrigeration, and ventilation systems.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting on compressors, motors, contactors, and air handling equipment to minimize operational downtime.
• Conduct comprehensive preventive maintenance, including the systematic replacement of filters, refrigerants, and mechanical components.
• Interpret complex blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical drawings to guide repair and installation projects.
• Coordinate maintenance workflows and resource allocation to optimize equipment performance and facility efficiency.
• Uphold rigorous safety standards and industrial protocols to maintain a secure and compliant work environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional maintenance teams to support continuous facility operations and system reliability.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical schematics and blueprints.
• Strong commitment to industrial safety practices and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented, fast-paced manufacturing setting.
• Valid driver's license.

Preferred Skills

• Completion of an HVAC apprenticeship or equivalent technical certification.
• Experience with mobile HVAC units or industrial refrigeration controls.
• Possession of or ability to obtain mobile equipment operation qualifications.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail in high-pressure environments.
