Job summary

SPX Cooling Technologies is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to oversee projects from order intake to closeout for energy and industrial cooling systems. You will manage customer relations, scheduling, cost forecasting, and subcontractor coordination across multiple sites.

The role requires 2–3+ years of PM experience in power or related industries, a bachelor’s in construction, engineering, or business, and proficiency with SAP, MS Project, and MS Office. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in the power plant or similar industry.
• Min. 2-3 years of project or construction management experience.

Responsibilities

• Owns and manages all project phases from initiation to closeout.
• Forecasts costs, schedules, and cash flow; reports progress to stakeholders.
• Coordinates with customers, partners, and sub suppliers; manages changes and claims.
