Austin Industrial is seeking an experienced HVAC/R technician to join our field operations in Texas. You will install, maintain, and repair large-scale climate control and industrial refrigeration systems in manufacturing environments.

Ideal candidates have 3–8+ years of hands-on experience, EPA 608 certification, and the ability to read blueprints and work with high- and low-voltage systems. Safety and quality are integral to our projects, with on-call rotations as needed.

Competenze

• Typically 3 to 8+ years of hands-on industrial HVAC/R experience.
• EPA 608 Certification (Universal / Type III) required; RETA or NCCER credentials preferred.
• State HVAC/Mechanical license (where applicable).
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 safety training.
• Strong background in high/low voltage electrical troubleshooting and blueprints.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work at heights; on-call rotations.

Mansioni

• Install, maintain, and repair industrial chillers, RTUs, boilers, AHUs, and industrial refrigeration systems.
• Diagnose faults using multimeters, gauges, and diagnostic software; test and troubleshoot components.
• Replace defective compressors, pumps, coils, valves, and motors; perform preventive maintenance.
• Program and troubleshoot BMS, pneumatic and digital controls, and VAV modules.
• Maintain CMMS records for parts, maintenance, and reliability metrics.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, environmental, and safety regulations.
