Innovative Consulting & Management Services (ICMS) is seeking an HVAC Mechanic responsible for installation, inspection, diagnostics, repair, and preventive maintenance of commercial and industrial HVACR systems in mission-critical facilities. The role requires a strong technical background and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years hands-on HVAC/R experience and EPA 608 Universal Certification, with the ability to read blueprints and interpret P&IDs.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on HVAC/R in commercial/industrial settings.
• EPA 608 Universal Certification required.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, P&IDs and manuals.

Aufgaben

• Perform diagnostics and repair on HVAC/R systems including chillers and boilers.
• Monitor system performance and validate operation of pumps and sensors.
• Maintain service records and ensure OSHA, EPA, NFPA, ASHRAE compliance.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with clients and contractors.
