Job summary

ATS is seeking an entry to mid-level Maintenance Technician to support industrial facilities. The role focuses on break-fix and preventative maintenance, identifying parts, and updating CMMS records.

You will assist with basic machining and welding, follow 5S standards, and participate in continuous improvement efforts. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED with an associated technical degree or relevant experience, and be comfortable using hand tools in a factory environment.

Qualifications

• Requires basic electrical and mechanical knowledge and ability to perform repairs.
• Associates degree with technical focus or 18 months related experience in general industry.
• Familiarity with CMMS history and maintenance standards.

Responsibilities

• Performs entry to mid-level break-fix and preventative maintenance.
• Identifies needed parts and supplies; updates records in CMMS.
• Supports department teammates and adheres to 5S and safety policies.
• Assists in simple machining and basic welding tasks as needed.
• Participates in CI activities to improve processes and reduce costs.
