Advanced Technology Services (ATS) in Bellwood, IL, seeks a skilled maintenance technician to perform expert break-fix and preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and control systems across manufacturing environments. You will diagnose issues, implement improvements, and help keep complex systems running reliably.

This role requires strong experience with predictive maintenance techniques, vibration analysis, laser alignment, and electrical/mechanical repair.

Qualifications

• Associates degree with a technical focus and 7+ years of related experience in the industry; or 10 years of related experience.
• Proficiency with predictive technologies including vibration analysis and laser alignment.
• Ability to travel and perform repairs on mechanical/electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform expert level preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
• Troubleshoot complex equipment and analyze failures to minimize downtime.
• Lead CI activities, drive cost savings, and train junior technicians.
