Job summary

Alcoa Warrick in Newburgh, Indiana seeks a HVAC/facilities maintenance supervisor to lead a small crew and oversee preventive maintenance, service calls and emergencies. You will plan daily activities, troubleshoot with teams, and coordinate with production, planning and engineering in an industrial setting.

The role is primarily day shift with overtime as needed; strong leadership, CMMS skills and hands-on HVAC knowledge are essential to keep facilities safe, reliable and efficient.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Demonstrated HVAC maintenance experience in an industrial environment.
• Experience leading a small skilled-trades team and coordinating with cross-functional groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily start-up of the crew and set priorities for preventive maintenance and service calls.
• Coordinate inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of heating and air-conditioning equipment in a production environment.
• Provide technical direction during emergencies and ensure timely attention to urgent work.
• Plan work using CMMS and maintain cross-functional coordination with production and engineering.
